2019 Spring Edit: Fashion, Beauty & Makeup
Updated: Feb 12, 2019
Plain and simple: I just miss writing about this stuff for work. So here it is, my edit of 2019’s spring trends.

Fenty Beauty’s Stunna Lip Paint in Unlocked
Happy Galentine’s Day, peeps. RiRi’s brand has launched three new shades in the same stunnin’ liquid lip formula: Unlocked (vivid pink), Undefeated (deep berry purple), and Unattached (coral). The formula is not super drying.
Summer Fridays’ R+R Mask
The third in this cult beauty brand’s line of face masks, the R+R mask buffs and brightens so you can glow. Love the two exfoliating and hydrating ones, and can’t wait to get my hands on this one.
Marc Jacobs’ Le Marc Frost Lip Creme
This formula is everything. And the shade Just Peachy is everything, reminding me of all the 90s metallics I used to wear experiment with as a teen. I’m in love with the packaging too.
Marble Brush Set from Molly Cosmetics
I refuse to spend a ton on makeup brushes. These showed up on my feed at the right time I was doing a refresh of my stuff. Reasonably-priced, soft synthetic bristles and so pretty, they’re a grammer’s best table accessory. AND from a local brand. Win all around.
Wet Brush Pro Shine Enhancer
I’m obsessed with the detangling brushes from this brand, and have spotted some styling and shining brushes to use when blow-drying. Unfortunately, not all of them are available in SG yet… sigh. We all need flexible boar bristles for amazing at-home blow outs.
Sea Salt Ice Cream from Aqua S
I can’t stop eating the classic sea salt ice cream from Japanese brand Aqua S. It’s super creamy, it’s not sweet (my favourite) and delish. It’s a must try.

Mini Fringe Bag from Mansur Gavriel
I have wanted a MG bucket bag for years. Actually years. And I can’t understand why they’re so damn pricey. Since the bucket bag trend has been and gone in that time of me coveting one, I’ll have to purchase an update: the mini fringe tote bag instead.
Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Cream
My wedding makeup artist, Sanaya, used this on my skin and damn, did it make my skin glow. It’s insanely hydrating and great for winter weather -- or, you know, if you work in an office all day with the A/C blasting. A little jar of this hella expensive, but it’s totally worth it.

Dyson Supersonic™ Hair Dryer
Hubby gifted this to me on my birthday, and it has changed everything. It’s drastically reduced drying time and my hair doesn’t feel so frizzy or straw-like, considering I haven’t had it cut or trimmed since last August.
Le 61 Saddle Bag from Saint Laurent
I’m so over seeing everyone with the flashy Saint Laurent logo teeny tiny purses. These are an unnecessary status symbol. The new Le 61 Saddle bags are a little bit more discreet and stylish.
NudistSong from Stuart Weitzman
I’m obsessed with the NudistSong sandal from SW, but there’s no way these knees can handle heels that high. I’d still settle for the NearlyNude with a chunkier and much lower heel. I love love love their just-launched nude range, which matches any and every skin tone. The NudistSong really is for everyone.
